Determination of Active Components in the First Physiological Fruit Drop of Citrus from Different Producing Areas by HPLC

  • 摘要: 本研究采用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測定我國柑橘主要產區如湖北宜昌、湖南懷化、廣東潮州、廣西南寧、福建漳州、浙江衢州等地的柑、橙、柚三種柑橘屬植物第一次生理落果中川陳皮素、橘皮素、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、檸檬苦素以及辛弗林的含量,比較不同產地柑橘屬植物落果中有效活性成分含量的規律特點,旨在選取營養價值高、活性成分含量豐富的柑橘落果品種,為將來從中進一步提取有效成分并將其應用到各方面奠定基礎。結果表明浙江衢州的椪柑落果中川陳皮素及橘皮素含量最高,分別為359.63 μg/g和222.14 μg/g;湖北宜昌的蜜柚落果中柚皮苷含量最高,為20.97 mg/g;湖北宜昌的臍橙落果中橙皮苷含量最高,為1485.73 μg/g;福建漳州的琯溪蜜柚落果中檸檬苦素含量最高,為866.73 μg/g;廣西南寧的沃柑落果中辛弗林含量最高,為1004.14 μg/g。
